Can you build a gear motor to our own specification?

Yes. We manufacture to customer drawings and can adapt shaft, flange, mounting and nameplate details. Send your specification and we will confirm feasibility in the quotation.

Can we get drawings or a sample before ordering?

Dimension drawings and technical data are available on request. Sample orders are quoted case by case depending on the model.

What are the minimum order quantity, lead time and payment terms?

They depend on the model and the quantity. Tell us what you need and we will state MOQ, lead time and payment terms in the quotation.

Do you support the units after delivery?

Yes. We help with installation questions, spare parts and technical issues for the units we supply. The applicable warranty period is stated in the quotation.
